I did a morning news segment years ago demonstrating the use of the Dutch Oven and I have to agree with you- it's way to early in the morning! They asked if'd I'd come back and do more segments for them; I told them I would as long as it was for the noon news hour! :P
We have several members here that have thier own catering companies that compete and others that just compete.
I hope that you'll be a regular here and share your tips and knowledge about catering and competing as well as smoking. We have some folks that are interested in doing catering and or competing.
