I live in the first state, for the ones who don't know,Delaware is the first state.I have a CG./wsfb,brinkman vertical water smoker[don't use it anymore],and a Royal Oak grill/smoker.I've been smoking for sometime now,but just got serious doing it. I pulled my first all nighter last summer.I smoked a brisket and a ham.Yes I would and will do it again.I smoke anything that can be cooked in the oven.I hunt,so I grill and smoke what I kill. Bill

Cheers,
Brian
