Decided on pizza with bacon and pepperoni and of course shredded mozzarella cheese.Cooked it all in the trusty old camp chef SE. I started with the bacon then precooked the pepperoni to get out some of the grease so it was not all over my pizza. I dont have any pizza stone/cast iron flat pan and the wife wont let be use her good pizza pan lol.  So i have grill toppers i use for jerky and other things and with a coating of spray it worked perfectly.

They did not have my normal pepperoni so i had to settle. Also my family is not a big fan of red sauce so i make a white garlic sauce for our pizza and other stuff. Then i made the crust and put it all together for cooking. I cooked it at 350 for about 20 minutes with hickory pellets and the crust was crispy and brown but not burnt.

Looks like it came out great. We go red sauce but add or request a light coating. Some places go nuts with the sauce, overwhelming the toppings flavor and causing them to slide off unless you go with the " Pizza lmpaired " knife and folk...
