Hey yall
Been a while since I posted. Throwing some chicken thighs on the smoker today. Giving the don godke downdraft a try as I just received it the other day.

Thanks Al. They came out pretty good. Still need a lil work on getting better bite through skin.

Higher temps. I do all my chicken pieces on the kettle now with a vortex. A smallish chunk of wood in the middle gives me just enough of a smoke flavor and the skin is crispy. Your chicken thighs have great color and look good.
