is tonight's dinner main course.
put this beauty in the good old CC last night around 11:00pm on low smoke. This morning I turned it to 220 and it is now at 10 hours with a current IT of 168 so yup its in the stall. I dont wrap so i figure this thing going 15 or more hours total.
I rubbed it with a smokey garlic/onion rub i got from a local place i recently found so we will see how it goes.
We will have a chef salad and who knows what else at this point lol. Also the small section on the right was the piece i cut off for my moms dinner last night
