I have been smoking meats for many years. I am well known for my Pulled pork and ribs. Brisket for me is hit or miss but I have finally found what works for me. Smoker died and found this forum when looking for advice on a new smoker. I make my own rubs and sauces. I am currently working with a co-packer to get my sauce into grocery stores. Long process and scared that I am under capitalized. If Asked I will answer any question with the truth. I do not believe in Sugar coating anything except some meats with rubs :)

looking foward to learning some new things from the crew here.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from another warm to hot day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.   Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
