Hi everyone
From the Reno area, like to camp, hunt, 4x4, fish.
Love BBQing everything. The wife being from the Midwest said I need to learn to smoke. We bought a RecTec 680 that was delivered last week and did my first pulled pork yesterday. Turned out awesome.
Hope to learn a bunch from the experts here
