Long time lurker and though it might would be good to sign in. :)

I have been using a smoker for about 3 years and have learned a lot from these forums. 

Just upgraded my smoker from a MES 30 GEN 2 (yes I know) to a new MES 40 GEN 2.5.  And hope to be able to contribute back to the community and continue to enjoy these forums.
