I need help which to choose for an offset smoker. Should it be old country bbq pit brazos? bbq pit boys brand? Oaklahoma Joes? We need good pne heavty duty for outside the restaurant

As Ray said, what kind of volume are you looking at.

I have a small Lang & their big trailer models will smoke a lot of food.

I think my Lang will out last me.

Maybe a Yoder Cheyenne model would be heavy-duty and hold up better than a smoker at the hardware store.
