I've been building this for a bit of time now. Yesterday marked the 100% completion date. Below are pictures of the completed project. The idea of this trailer was for personal use and  groups up to 75 People.

Trailer includes 60 gallon reverse flow smoker, verticals warming oven with live smoke for smoking meat or warming panned foods, 22"x42" multi use bbq grill with smoke and roast capability, 2 burner propane stove capable of fitting 2 60 quart stock pots for serious steaming and boiling, hot and cold running water with hand sink and waste water tank, 2 stainless prep tables with 2 more stainless work tables, dry storage compartment for charcoal and wood storage, open air storage under one prep table and, 360 degrees of led lighting for night cooking powered by it's own 12 volt electrical system.

I have cooked on it a few times while building it. The front multi use box has been interesting. I can cook high heat with charcoal but I also have it setup to work as a compact reverse flow with a fire box burried on one end at the bottom and a large water pan. I cooked 2 briskets at the same time, one on each cooker and they came out almost the same.
