I have been grilling for many years and now looking into smoking. I currently have a 22" Weber which I have grilled butts, ribs, etc. Also have a gas hog cooker that I want to convert to charcoal/wood. Found this site while researching OK Joe Smoker and the modifications needed. Great information here and look forward to gaining the knowledge posted here.
