So, I got a late start on my smoke yesterday and by the time it was already a few beers into the big game. The wife and had zero interest in sitting down for dinner so I sliced the sausage for a munchie plate and popped the whole bird into the fridge. Kind of a shame as it came out perfect but what do you do... anyway, I'm just wondering how to reheat a whole bird without softening the skin or drying it out.
