Some polish kielbasa on the ECB tonight. Just enough for my dinner and lunch tomorrow. Baked beans and a pickle I guess.. some spicy brown mustard. These are store made fresh. So I guess I will use the wood to smoke a bit on the ECB.
Temp is 240 .. Apple wood chunks are on some RO Ridge. Getting fine whisps of smoke now.. I will try 2 hours or less . Check IT to be 165.
