So after I got done smoking 2 beef chucks today still had plenty of fuel on the WSM so I threw 4 lbs of wings n drummies on Scarbelly style. They turned out great. Even the young ones loved them. Found my new go to thanks to this site. aa9b3c147fa7954442968b6769c244cb.jpg

I was thinking of smoking chicken wings with baby back ribs. Would the 3-2-1 method work for the chicken wings?

Poultry don't take very long so I don't think the 3-2-1 would apply. There's always room to experiment tho
