Hello all...My name is Butch and just wanted to say Hi to everyone. I have never smoked anything in my life before but I would like to give it a try. I've been doing some research and I think to start off with I'm thinking about getting a Grilla Silverbac pellet smoker. I may be out in left field but I figured that (hopefully) would be a decent starter cooker just to learn some of the basics. Looking these some of these forums and others there seems to be a wealth of knowledge and information from some of the "Masters" here. Anyway, glad to be here and meet you all and hope to have some decent cooks in the future. Thanks. Please accept my apologies for this "double" post.
