Evening everyone!
I'm in North Idaho and I've been dying to get my first smoker. I'm the BBQ queen in the house having grown up from Tennessee parents. I think my first smoker is going to be a propane unit, but I haven't decided yet.

And I'm crazy about picking eggs. I do all sorts of flavors and brines. If you want to know the secret to the easiest peeling eggs, steam them. I can't wait to learn to smoke eggs for my pickled adventures.
