Question for everyone. I had finally raised enough cash for a YS640 and my 10 year old Ember propane finally quit today. I could probably fix it but I'm ready to upgrade. I use it almost every night from March to October, unless I'm using my Charcoal grill/smoker. I've been looking at the Napoleon Prestige, Saber SS 670, Weber Summit/Genesis, or YS640. I know the YS can get hot enough to grill/sear but can you really do enough things at the same time? When I use my ember I usually have the meat and one or two sides going at the same time for my family of four. Just not sure which route to take. Thanks for the help.
