Hello, my name is Sandy, I live in Arizona. I have used a charcoal smoker in the past with great results, and just acquired a Masterbuilt Sportman Elite electric smoker. I am interested to see tge difference in results. I do like the idea of having a more consistant temperature . I am looking forward to learning all I can.
