Hi guys on l plates so please be easy on me! From Nottinghamshire uk never smoked anything yet but my wife has bought me a callow for my birthday in a few days so can't wait to try it I do a little bit of curing dry/wet bacon ham that sort of thing also I'm a shooting guy so want to try some game stuff any advice is more than welcome thanks for reading

To SMF lot of great guys and gals on here with tons of info take the time to read the Initial Greetings on the home page. Then look under the heading Forums this will take you to a ton of listings on about just anything you can think of.

Oh.. Use search to put in (key words) for stuff you want to see.
If you join a group like the UK group, remember that people that are not in that group, will not be able to comment on topics you make in the UK group section. You still will be able to make topics and comment in the general areas though [emoji]128077[/emoji] groups are like clubs.. lol
