Hello all. New to this forum, it looks pretty awesome. My name's Wade, I'm from Victoria, BC, Canada. Just getting into smoking. Will smoke all I can but am really interested into sausage making. If anyone has any awesome recipes they'd like to send my way that'd be awesome. Thanks.

Wade [emoji]128587[/emoji] I have only made it as far as the Banf and Jasper parks a few years ago.. was beautiful and I really enjoyed western Canada..
