Hi my name is Dustin and I am very new to smoking meat. I live in Ohio. I recently for the first time did two small pork loins and chicken wings for my first go around. I am using a Charbroil electric box smoker. Everyone pray for me as I have volunteered for the task of doing a full 14# brisket for the upcoming labor day weekend! I will be glued to this site until tomorrow. Thank you in advance for any tips, previous posts, etc that may help me in my first brisket run!
