Been reading this forum on and off for the last few months, and finally decided to join in on the discussion. I've found some fantastic info on here, and y'all seem to be a great group of folks. Looking forward to sharing smokin' info, pics, etc. with y'all. A little info about myself... I'm in my late 20's, and live in Auburn, AL. I got into smoking meat during college, and currently use a BGE. I would like to build my own smoker one day, when I have the time and money to do it right (and my wife allows it
