Hi all!  Tim Hamel here from Bristol, CT.  Just purchased (8/23/17) my first Masterbuilt Electric 30" smoker and smoked my first pork butt!.  It actually came out pretty good but I'm already thinking of doing some different things for my next opportunity to smoke.  I'm really excited to do some other meats (briskets, baby back ribs, etc) this fall.  Just in time for football!

Glad to be here and looking forward to interacting with like-minded folks!
