Not a ton of pics but this stuff hit the spot seasoned with Bad Byrons butt rub the chicken was was smoked on the WSM direct fire with cherry and pecan the ribs were on the kettle same woods both with Royal oak ridge briquettes. We had too many sides ceaser salad, corn on the cob, green beans and potato salad. Even made a dessert Bear's cherries in the snow, they didn't have Nila crust so I went with Oreo maybe a pic of that later if I remember.....

looks real nice ...

Great meal!!  The ribs look real good and the chicken.......Well I'm not much on dark meat, but I'd sure eat some of that.  Beautiful color.

POINT

Gary

Thanks Gary, they were extra meaty ribs Smithfield iirc, I'm planning on pulling the meat of the leftover chicken for some sammiches. I tried a new sauce it was a little to sweet but pretty good I'll use on them.

The Shed
The Shed is a very well known BBQ joint down here in Gulf Coast AL/MS.
It started in Ocean Springs, MS.
There used to be one here in Mobile, AL, but it got shut down for whatever reasons.
But the original in Ocean Springs, MS and another in Gulfport, MS are both still open and knocking BBQ out of the park.
They've been featured on Drive-Ins, Diners and Dives for good reason, they rock!

I'll hip you to one that I really like.
Famous Dave's Devil's Spit
My number one is the various flavors of Sweet Baby Ray's, but Devil's Spit is number two.
