Hello everyone my name is matt I'm in central virginia. I'm fairly new to smoking just got a char broil side box smoker for father's day and have been trying to burn on it every weekend. Got a lot to learn and between this site and Myron mixons books I've made some awesome food. Biggest hobbies are my 3 boys 8,5,2, hunting, offshore fishing, and coral reef fish tanks. Hope to learn more and will be picking y'alls brain alot.

Why thank you sir and I'm just finishing preparing a loin stuffed with kielbasa and going to fire the smoker up soon. My original name was smoking reefer do to the fact coral reef aquarium enthusiast call themselves reefers but didn't want y'all having the wrong impression of what kind of smoking I was bringing to the table. Thanks for having me and I'll be posting a lot I'm sure. Already found plenty of y'all have tried the stuffed loin so good news there.
