My name is Roger and I just purchased a 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker. I live in Upstate NY but am moving to Central FL in 2018. I am hoping to make great use of this new smoker and try lots of different meats but I mostly plan to stick with beef, poultry and pork. When I move to FL I will most likely add fish to that list as well. I look forward to hearing everyone's opinions and advice on things and also learning new recipes and techniques as well.
