The Sausage Maker out of New York, was probably one of the first companies that made products for home sausage making readily available for the average home owner. Have dealt with them for years.
Over the last couple of years, they just seem to make mistake after mistake. In all fairness they always try to correct the mistake, usually at their loss, but it gets rather frustrating.
Latest example----ordered 76 mm fibrous casings, received 76 mm protein lined casings---when contacted they sent the "correct item" -----three times they sent the exact same wrong thing-----finally told them to return my money, I'd go somewhere else.
Anyone has use for these bags, I will send them to you, just pay the shipping. I think these sold for around $14.00 a bag.
Received an email from them with apology, stating that their web site was wrong and has been corrected.
