Hi, everyone. I'm new to the forum and have a limited experience with smoking meats. I am big on going at it my own way. For example, I made my own smoker out of a 400 gallon fuel oil tank. I make my own rubs and sauces.

Living in Western New York, good 'cue isn't something you get easilly. So I decided to do it myself. Looking forward to getting good tips and advice.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a cloudy, cool and rainy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.

Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
