I'm an actor who lives in California and I love to bbq but I'm just an amateur. I don't have anything fancy (a 22 in. Weber Kettle.)
I enjoy bbq, smoking and grilling for family and friends.
So very happy to join in here.

Bill, welcome to SMF from NorCal.  Glad you're here and enjoying the Q.  I still use my Kettle all the time to smoke, grill, bake, you name it.  It actually sees more use than my Weber smoker, but not by much.
