Hi everyone. First time joining one of these forums. I live in Olathe, Ks. I've been smoking for years on a regular grill and most things have come out pretty good. At least everyone seems to eat it. Lol. Just bought a masterbuilt 44" propane smoker a couple weeks ago and my smoking life has changed dramatically. I love smoked meat and have already used it a couple times and been amazed by the results. I've come to this forum many times for ideas and to find answers to questions I've had. I'm amazed by the knowledge of those of you on here so I decided to join. I love the positive feed back that is given to the post. I am looking forward to learn from everyone.
