I have been smoking for about 10 years. Started with a Chargriller offset then a Weber 22 1/2 which I have been using for about 7 years. Works great, very easy to use. I am currently building a gravity feed. I bought drawings on line at Smokebuilder. I used these as a guide but changed some dimensions to get better sheet yields. The frame is done, just need to start skinning, insulating it. It is 24"x 48" x 48" on the outside. Will post some pics.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a partly cloudy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.

Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.

It is not a mod to the Weber, it is a gravity feed smoker. Frame is all welded & top & bottom are skinned & insulated(2"). My brother is doing all the welding. It is based off drawings I bought on line but I changed some dimensions to get better yields. It will be 24x48x48" overall. Thinking of painting it blue or red.
