Hello everyone hope all is well. Well got me a new LEM 5lb Stuffer on Friday so thought I better try it out. here is one of the batches I did.,.. YES I added 2 1/2TSP of cure #1 to this batch,,, Didn't get a chance to have any yet but will try one of the smoked ones for lunch today. GIVE ME A BREAK THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DOING BRATS,,,, THE LINKS NEED WORK. LOL 

One thing I will say about this stuffer is that it is way smoother than the last one



Ground pork that I had in the freezer,,, 


Added some Hi temp lava jack cheese 


All mixed up 




Then I cold smoked 1/2 of the batch in the MES 30 with the mailbox mod and Cherry pellets for about 4hours 

as you can see below,,, they took on some smoke,,,, not too bad 

Elk camp will be stocked with some goodies this yr.
