Hello everyone, I am from Saint Louis, Missouri and have been smoking for about 3 years now. I had a Masterbuilt 30 inch electric smoker for about 2.5 years and I loved it despite its many electrical issues that I had to work through. When the burner went out on that I decided to up my game a little bit buy purchasing a Smoke Hollow 44 inch dual burner propane smoker. I have only two smokes in on this one as I am still trying to learn it before putting more expensive cuts on it. Along with the new smoker I purchased a Thermopro wireless thermometer that I am really excited about. Besides the smokers I also have a Kenmore 4 burner propane grill that I use multiple times a week.
