Hi all. Mitch here from North Devon UK. Just purchased a Callow Hot Smoker and spent today playing with it. Lots (LOTS) to learn. Been fascinated by curing & smoking for many years, really enjoying myself so far.

Hi Mitch, Welcome to our "Family" and "Addiction"

Plenty of good folk on here, ask any questions you can think of, and you will get your answers.

Please take time to look at the UK Smokers Group,

http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/f/3161/uk-smokers

And introduce your self on the UK Roll Call
http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/229926/roll-call

The UK Smokers Group Is where UK members can ask and share information that is unique to smoking and curing in the UK and does not obviously fit into any of the main forum categories.

When you are on the UK Page, have a look for Wade, and he has done a review on the Callow, and is in touch with Callow.

Hi Mitch - great to have you on board. How are you getting on with the Callow. They are good inexpensive bullet smokers but please be aware that you cannot rely on the temperature gauge - most lid thermometers are fairly inaccurate but the ones supplied with the Callow are some of the most inaccurate. They are currently sourcing new more accurate thermometers to ship with them.

Let me know if I can be of any help.

Wade
