My first run at sausage tonight. Made some Texas Hot Links on the right and Chorizo on the left. Fried up a piece of each before stuffing and they taste amazing!!! I'm hooked forever!

Just Kidding....

Used a 70/30 mix of pork shoulder and chuck. 6lb batch with the following for the hot links.

Didn't use the MSG and subbed Instacure 1 instead of TQ. Also used 12oz water instead of beer.

The Chorizo was from a sausage book my buddy has. I'll get the recipe and post that as well.
