Sooo I could not get my smoker to work. I even call CS. Since I bought it at Cabels they will replace it. Yippee. I smoked it in my oven using a smoke box., pecan and a really cool thermometer that told me noth oven temp and bird temp. Thank God for that thing cause my oven is 30 degrees on the high side. Whew.

Oh SNAP! That's to bad.. I feel bad for ya.. but you saved the bird. Good deal.. well better luck after you get the smoker thing straightened out.. lol that looks yummy.. hope you have a fan exhaust in there [emoji]128514[/emoji]

you're up in pueblo, so if your air is thin, some smokers will struggle with keeping the chips/pellets smouldering - what kind of trouble were you having?

(many of the board folks are great for troubleshooting issues)

if it was a 'fuel seems to keep going out' thing, then an idea I saw some people use when I lived in Aurora was a pc or muffin fan blowing into the air intake.
