I gave up my masterbuilt electric bullet smoker to my new smoke hollow 30162EW and so far I really like it. I done baby back ribs and a boston butt and going to do another boston butt next weekend for the start of college football weekend. the thermometer is pretty accurate much better than others I have had and I installed a polar array on top like the masterbuilt electrics have for air flow since I am using the AMPS tube for the pellets and figured that the extra air flow would be good for the pellet smoking. everything has worked really well thanks to all the great post that I have read as I don't post a lot but I keep up with all the great info and expert smokers advice! BTW grandkids said that the ribs and butt was AWSOME!
