Well, decided to do a rack of ribs and a shoulder today, decided to use the kingsford prifessional briquettes and used a whole bag

300 degrees isn't tooooo bad....is it?
I'll learn for next time. The regular kingsford takes a bit more fuel in my WSM. Haha, the ribs look Devine and the smoke is near perfect in density. I think I'll just have to chalk this up to the over zealous fuel usage learning experience.
