Hello!  I am Chris and new to the forums.  From Southern California, born and raised. I have been grilling as far back as I can remember. Started smoking meats about 5 years ago now. Started with a 17lb brisket and a 16 hour smoke for a Fourth of July.  I havnt stopped!  Everyone LOVED it and I really enjoyed doing it!   I am no professional more of a weekend backyard BBQ warrior.  Although I want to give a competition a go! Have fun, learn some things and see how I do against other backyard Q'ers!  Looking foreword to sharing what I do with others and learning what others do!

I have done:
Smoked Brisket
Smoked Chicken

Smoked & Deep Fried Turkey
Smoked Burgers
Smoked Jerkey
Double Smoked Stuffed Potatoes
Smoked Stuffed Peppers
Smoked Bacon Explosion Meatloaf
Smoked Ribs
Smoked Corn

I am also working on adding to my sides pallet:

Meatballs
Potato Salad  (Doing a Cheddar Bacon Ranch today)
Smoked Corn
