Pork Loin , Wings, Skinless Breasts

Sunny day here in fla, smoking a nice loin with my rub on it, some wings and chicken breasts for salads later this week ... breasts and wings are McCormicks Smokehouse maple seasoning, ( wish I could duplicate this seasoning and make a 10 lb. sack of it ) ....just gettin started ...

 

 

 

 

 

loin is for like Monday or  Tuesday ... will slice end off though  and show some q view ...

Sweet! 😀 got to go out and get some wood for a butt I'm doing for a lady at work tomorrow. Some light brown sugar I need too.. lol

Wings are done ... gonna rest em, then break out the blue cheese ...

pulled this baby at at 144, rested out at 147,check it out ... 

loin is done ....

 

 

 

Mr  .Juicey ... lol,..   real nice and dipping in some sweet baby rays right now ...

All the breasts re done right now ... will be for salads this week...  here is a look ...

we made some chicken fajitas with a couple of breasts .......

Dinner tonight was 2 - 1 inch chops from the loin,with grilled yellow squash and homemade potato salad .... probably will be my lunch at work tomorrow as well ...
