Really nice setup. Is it propane, charcoal, electric, wood, or something else altogether new?

They run on charcoal or wood junks. Have heard they are extremely well built and efficient.

Charcoal with wood chunks. I used about ten pounds of charcoal and it burned at 250 for 15-16 hours. The charcoal pan will hold 40 pounds. So it's very efficient, pretty much set and forget.heres the brisket.
