I'm moving, and parting ways with my smoker trailer as I just don't need this monster any more. This smoker has been absolutely great, and has made some of the best BBQ I have ever had. It is a custom built reverse flow smoker and is super easy to hold a steady temperature with and is made out of all high quality materials, no re-purposed propane tanks here. Total of just over 3,200 sq/in or 22 sq/ft of cooking area on this smoker. Should be able to cook between 250-300 pounds of food on this smoker at once on this bad boy. Temperatures can be held within 5 degrees across the entire smoker and the temperature gauges are spot on (verified with a bunch of those over thermometers). The main chamber has a set of removable plates to create the reverse flow effect, and can be removed completely or taken out individually to create different smoke levels in different parts of the smoker. There are two stacks, one on the rib box/warming box and one on the main chamber which allow you to adjust the temperature in both chambers individually. The rib box can sit about 40 degrees above or about 60 degrees below the main chamber. The smoker uses regular firewood size pieces of wood, and burns through about one log every 45 minutes. I'm sure it could be made much more efficient by adding a welding blanket around the cooking chambers and insulating the firebox with super high temp insulation, just never got around to doing it. Currently removing a few rust spots from around the firebox with a steel brush and repainting those areas with 2200 degree paint. Will look spick and span when you come pick it up. Asking $4500 or best offer.

If you have any questions, give me a call or text me, at 903-714-1310. Thanks, Zack. Located In Tyler, Tx (half way between Dallas and Shreveport)
