Scrawny ribs. But should be enough for me and taste good I hope. Was thinking of removing the water pan/brick set up and letting it just drop fat on the hot coals and hickory.. might taste good that way. Fat smoke [emoji]128512[/emoji]
I have some spritz juice made up.

Lookin good so far.

My grocery store has Beef Back Ribs and they look like they have NO meat on them.  They make me think of chicken or turkey necks hahahah.  and They want a pretty price for them too.  Screw that I'm not paying for beef bones with hardly any meat on them.  I'll keep dreaming of real ones some day :)

I would be the dog hahaha.

I can't justify like $3.99/pound for just bones, it's sad.  Oh well, I'll go looking for plate ribs on the day I decide to go do beef ribs.  I think Costco sells some decent ones :)

I say as long as its got meat about the same as pork ribs do.. it's fine. Same price range at regular price here.. ribs are $2.99 regular price here. Sale is $1.99 pork ribs if your lucky.. so beef ribs at that price I can justifiably purchase.. I like the beef ones more actually.
