I am a member of a cooking team out of Macon, GA. We bought a Stumps smoker in '09 and started getting serious on our competition cooking. A couple of us took the judges training and certifications for MBA and GBA. Two years ago, we placed 13th at the Big Pig Jig in Vienna, Ga, where we have had a permanent site since 1994.
Again, SmokingMeatForums has been a huge help with your fridge/freezer builds forum. Last year, two weeks before the Big Pig Jig competition, our Stumps smoker was stolen (I think it was one of the 12 teams that beat us the year before,,, Lol).
