So I am a lucky guy.  My wife got me a Pit Barrel Cooker for my birthday this week.  I don't know whether I am very lucky to have a wife who helps me enjoy my hobby, or if she is secretly doing this because it gets her out of cooking and she enjoys the food.  Probably a little bit of both I would guess.

So after watching a few YouTube videos of people using their Pit Barrel Cookers, I decided that a few racks of Baby Back Ribs were  required in order to break this new cooker in.

Of course I had to make a video demonstrating the whole process.  I am very impressed on well well the ribs turned out, and how easy it was to use the Pit Barrel Cooker.  Looking forward to cooking more stuff over the next several months.

Took me decades to figure out the grills and smoker my wife bought me for Christmas and birthdays was so she didn't have to cook.  I'm all smiles.

Great post BTW!
