Started off with a chub of Jimmy Dean sausage, rolled it into a good sized ball - took a 12oz. beer can and pushed it down into the sausage ball(yes just like the BBQ pit boys beer can hamburgers). Form the sausage around the beer can wrap with one slice of bacon, add a slice of folded ham and cheddar cheese to the pocket. Place on smoker at about 250, After an hour add one uncooked egg to the top of the cheese and cook until finished. Mine took about three hours on indirect heat. I didn't have the english muffin, but it wasn't needed. Hope you enjoyed this phantom smoke...
