Hey guys, thanks for letting me join this awesome community...I have been spending time here reading a lot of posts and wanted to finally join.

I live in Pittsburgh and my wife recently bought me an MES 30" smoker. I have also purchased the Amaze Smoke Tube for cold smoking cheese.

I'm new to this and only have 3 smokes under my belt, started with bacon wrapped meatloaf, then ribs, and tonight I tried cheese for the first time!

  Good morning and welcome to the forum from a pretty nice and not to hot day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.
