First sirloin smoke

Local supermarket had sirloin roasts on sale and i decided to pick one up.. having never smoked one before i jumped straight onto this wonderful place and searched sirloin

Rubbed down with salt n pepper, cumin, paprika and a good pinch of cayanne pepper

In our house, we usually pefer a more medium doneness so smoked to 143 and rested for 20 mins tented in foil..

The boss said it was her favourite sliced piece of bbq, liked it even more than brisket!

That's an awesome roast. It has a great color and finish. We like ours done like that. It's way too easy to cook a roast like that to even think about a brisket.
