Use a Bradley digital had it about six weeks and been using it most weekends since I've had it. Smoked so far ribs pulled pork, chickens (most weekends) done some cold smoking of fish yesterday and some Stilton and a tray of salt. Love it everything made so far has been most enjoyable.
Always loved smoked food but the hippie cheap skate in me don't like paying for it. Not to bad now I know the amount of prep and process you to go trough to get a quality product.
Done a few bbqs for family and Freinds with it. Have a big one next weekend for about 20 will be my first brisket can't wait.
Hope that's enough to be going in with as an intro sure I'll be popping up all over the place. Nice little forum you appear to have.
