Hi everyone. I am Jason and currently
Live in Chapin, SC. I am sorta new to cooking and cook on a Weber smokey mountain smoker often. I would say I try to smoke about 2 times a month so not super often but enough for my wife and I. My problem is I always tinker. It has its pros and cons. I work at a Nuclear Power Ant so I guess always trying to be perfect is a problem based on engineering. Just wanted to say hi
To everyone and I am looking fwd to speaking with all of you.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a hot sunny day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.

Nothing wrong with Tinkering  I do a fare amount myself
